*Any reschedule or cancellation within 48 hours, no deposit refunded and there will be a charge for the next booking.
*Any lateness from 20 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled, and no deposit refunded.
*Arriving more than 6 minutes late may result in an extra charge or a lack of warranty regarding the quality of service due to time constraints.
*Any lashes and nail appointments from 7 pm are considered as out-of-working hour appointments and there is an extra charge about £5 - £10.
*Lash appointments with us: ❗️Strictly no eyeliner or any eye makeup. Please come without any eye makeup or eyeliner. If you still have eye makeup or eyeliner on, you will be charged an extra £10 for the makeup removal at the studio, with no other exception. Otherwise, your appointment will be cancelled, and no deposit refunded.
*This is a Private salon, please no extra guests.
* Please arrive on time only.
* Please register for a loyalty card, so for every 5 treatments (each treatment over £30), you will have a voucher for 10% off for the next treatment.

LASH INFILL MEANS
*Lash Infill 2 weeks: calculated from any time between day 1 to day 14 after the day of your full set.
*Lash Infill 3 weeks calculated from any time between day 15 to day 22 after the day of your full set done. Anything after 3 weeks will be considered as a full set.

❗️Infills Notice
To keep the eyelid and eyelashes healthy, clients are recommended to have their lash extension removed and redo after a maximum of 2 or 3 times infill (equivalent to 6 weeks) after the full set.
If clients don't follow the guidelines, the salon will not be responsible for any consequences such as lashes falling out earlier or any irritation, unfortunately. Any infill after this event infill 2nd time (after a fullset) won't be charged as a standard price but will depend on the lashes remaining.
