Thank you for choosing us! By successfully completing your booking, you confirm you agree to the following policies and our full Terms & Conditions below:
⚠️Booking, Cancellations, & Liability
1. Cancellations/Late Reschedules within 48 hours will incur a charge.
2. Late Arrivals 20+ minutes late are cancelled with no refund.
3. 6+ minutes late may reduce service quality or incur an extra fee.
4. We do not infill external lash/nail work; if insisted upon, we are not liable for any quality issues (e.g., lifting, damage).
❗️ Key Salon Protocols
1. Cash Only accepted for payment.
2. Private Salon: No extra guests allowed (including children).
3. Lash Appointments: Arrive with NO eye makeup. A £5 fee applies for removal; refusal results in cancellation (no refund).
4. Evening Surcharge: Bookings starting at 7:00 PM include a £5–£10 surcharge if the service takes over 1 hour.
5. Conduct: We do not tolerate disrespectful behaviour and may refuse service.
⭐️ Service Quality, Guarantee, & Refunds
1. Final Check Before You Leave
Please check your nails/lashes thoroughly before leaving. We cannot be responsible for damage that occurs outside the studio environment afterward.
2. 5-Day Technical Fix Guarantee
We cover complimentary fixes for technical issues for 5 days applied with nails, 3 days applied with lashes from your appointment date.
This 5-day window is strict—no exceptions for travel or schedule changes.
All repairs requested after Day 5 will be charged.
3. Refunds
No refunds are issued after a service is complete. We are happy to resolve genuine concerns only within the 5-day guarantee period.
❗️Lash Infills Notice
1. Infills are for 2-3 weeks only (2-week: Day 1–14; 3-week: Day 15–22).
2. After 3 weeks, a new full set is required.
3. We recommend a new set after 2-3 infills (max 6 weeks total). If this is not followed, we are not liable for early fallout or irritation or lash quality. Prices may vary after the second infill based on lash condition.
⚠️Opening Hours
Mon–Sat: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Sun: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (out of working hours available on request).
⚠️Loyalty Program: Must present the loyalty card. Get 10% off after 5 single treatments over £30. Not valid with combo deals.
⚠️If you forget to read our T&C, we are not liable for any issue occuring after that.
